Helping someone escape abuse

I've been setting up a gofundme campaign for someone dear to me who's recently escaped her parents' abusive household and could use a hand setting herself up sustainably for the future in the US. Which as we all know is less than fun if you can't rely on being capable to work and are sufficiently marginalised.
