Boosting for an offsite friend

/sigh I really, really hate to do this.

I've been struggling to stay afloat for a while now, owing to medical bills and other unforseen expenses that keep cropping up.

I'm at the point now where I have no choice.

I need help.

I have his PayPal info and can vouch for him (I've known him for something around 8 years in roleplaying circles on LJ/Dreamwidth).

Help fund top surgery

Gods willing I will get my top surgery funded by the NHS. That's really, really not an option for the vast majority of people. This dude needs a hand - please do consider chipping in if you can.
