Transgender Studies Quarterly

Kickstarter for a new journal co-edited by Susan Stryker and Paisley Currah, both well-known names.

This has potential to be a really exciting academic project, with trans people at the helm. I am keeping my eye on it!

QueerSTEM in the US

Over at Denim & Tweed folk are running a survey to study experiences of LGBT+ people in science, technology, engineering and mathematics in the US only.

They seem legit, and they also seem in-group (which is a major determiner in whether I'm willing to participate in this sort of thing...)

edit apparently they are actually cool with people from all over responding!
